How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Rwanda Traffic Rules Pro app on your mobile device
- Navigate to Settings - Look for the settings or profile menu
- Find "Delete My Account" option in the settings menu
- Confirm your decision - You may be asked to enter your password or confirm your choice
- Account deletion will be processed - This may take up to 24 hours to complete
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
Account Information
Name, email, phone number
Exam History
All quiz scores and results
Learning Progress
Study materials and progress
App Settings
Preferences and configurations
